COB / flip-chip

Chips mounted directly on the substrate then encapsulated: tougher surface, deeper blacks, fine pitches (often ≤ 1.2 mm) and better close-up viewing.

MicroLED & COG

Even higher densities for premium rooms and control centres. The industry is moving toward more efficient, thinner packageless formats.

Common cathode

Optimised RGB power: less heat, energy savings of several tens of percent vs classic architectures, longer lifetime.
